I ordered a polo shirt and the whole delivery experience was a mess. The tracking barely updated, then it showed up much later than it was supposed to. I kept having to chase it myself, and what annoyed me most was there was basically no human contact, just automated updates that didn’t really tell me anything. it felt unreliable and frustrating, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered from polocom.store and ended up needing a different size. the exchange process felt more confusing than it should have been, and I had to message them a couple of times just to figure out what was happening with my order. They did get back to me eventually, but the replies were slow, and I was left waiting longer than I wanted for the replacement to arrive. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for me it was annoying, and I expected the whole thing to be smoother.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine, but it felt like it took longer than it should have. Am I missing something about the usual processing time? It just seemed a bit slow from my side.

The shirt is good quality overall. The stitching looks solid, and it held up fine after the first wash, so no complaints there. The only thing is the fabric is a bit thinner than I expected, but isn’t that always a gamble when ordering clothes? Still, it’s a decent shirt and I’m happy enough with it.

I’m cautious about where I enter my payment details, and this checkout page just didn’t meet my usual standard. Something about it looked a bit off, so I decided not to take the risk and left without paying

Maybe it’s just me, but the site didn’t really give me a trustworthy vibe. I couldn’t find enough clear information, and the whole experience made me feel uneasy before checking out. I’d rather pass than take a chance with my money

I ordered these hoping they’d be legit, but the logo looked a little off to me!! it made me question whether they’re authentic, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I was annoyed because the prices didn’t stay the same by the time I got to checkout. Like, I’d see one price while browsing, then something different in the cart, then another total at checkout with no clear explanation. It’s like when you grab a $10 item off the shelf and the register says $14, or when a delivery app suddenly adds fees, or when a hotel room looks cheap until the final page. Just be upfront about the actual price from the start.

I ordered from Polocom and, it was actually decent for what I paid. The delivery wasn’t exactly super fast or anything, but the item showed up in good condition and the quality was better than I was expecting. The prices seem fair compared to a lot of other shops too. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the shipping updates were a little clearer, but yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered based on the size chart, but it didn’t fit at all and ran way smaller than expected. this feels preventable if the sizing info were more accurate.

The return process was such a hassle. It should’ve been a simple thing, but it felt like there were way too many steps and hoops to jump through. At a certain point, it didn’t even feel worth the effort.

The issue was annoying, and having an issue at all is always annoying, but they handled it well. I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d order from polocom.store again

Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps or confusing parts. I’d give it 5 stars for now, but if they ever make the process annoying or slow, I’d probably just shop somewhere else...

I ordered from Polocom because the photos showed this nice soft beige color, but what showed up was totally different. In person it had this weird yellow-gray tone that made it look a lot cheaper than I expected.
I know colors can look a little different depending on screens and lighting, but this wasn’t just a slight difference. The package also looked like it had been tossed around without much care, which didn’t help the whole first impression at all.

When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me colors may vary, which felt dismissive. If the exact color matters to you, I’d be careful ordering from them because I definitely wouldn’t take the chance again

I ordered this from polocom.store the fit worked out well for me. Isn’t that always the main thing? It’s not too tight and not too loose, just kind of right. The material feels comfortable enough for everyday wear, so I’m happy with that. I did take off one star because the size chart could be a little clearer, who doesn’t want an easier time figuring out sizing before ordering? Overall though, I’m pleased with it.

It might be fine if you only need it for light or occasional use, but for anything you plan to use regularly, I’d probably look for something better made

got my order from polocom.store and the packaging was really solid. box showed up in good shape, nothing crushed or banged up, and everything inside was wrapped well and stayed put. no dents, no weird damage or anything. kinda simple but I really appreciate when a store actually packs things right. would order again
